You can now get your hands on our deliciously festive Mincemeat Crumble Slice, exclusively made for Bidfood, one of the largest foodservice suppliers in the UK.
We were approached by Bidfood to look at some bespoke product development for their Christmas 2018 range. They were looking to grow their dietary choices selection even more and offer the best and most innovative vegetarian, gluten free or vegan options for festive menus.
We set about creating something that was Christmas in a mouthful! With the Honeybuns team as very willing tasters, we have developed this gorgeous new Vegan Mincemeat Crumble Slice Traybake.
A pleasing soft date shortbread base, deliciously punchy mincemeat filling, topped with a lightly spiced oat crumble with orange zest. The Mincemeat Crumble Slice comes in a traybake format, pre-cut into 16 portions, making it perfect for food service. You’d never guess it was gluten free, dairy free and vegan.
