This is a decadent slice! Our signature biscuit base is nutty and crunchy, and the vegan caramel is subtly flavoured with dates. We make the caramel ourselves in the bakery. Our gluten free version of this classic cake, with a fruity twist.

This is my least favourite bar, I’m sure it’s just my taste but I found the caramel layer tasting too much of dates which for me made it almost sour and the base seemed too soft for the texture & flavour. However if you like dates and caramel that isn’t too sweet this would be worth trying.
