With rising costs to be seen in all sectors in the UK, from fuel to everyday groceries, I thought it timely to share a behind the scenes insight into a small bakery’s costs and considerations.
As well as baking our award winning gluten free and vegan tray bake cakes, we keep ourselves happily busy with projects ranging from hedge laying to the hosting of local school visits. To celebrate the creation and launch of our gorgeous tray bake and cake stand sets we, once again, went a- rummaging amongst our collection of curios and came up with a theme – “A Mad Hatter’s Tea Party”.
We think there is space for both delicacies this Easter, after all we wouldn’t want to see the Easter Bunny out of a job!
