Not only are we celebrating 20 years of Honeybuns, but we are also publishing our second cook book, Honeybuns All Day Cook Book’, and have launched two new gluten free cakes and four new vegan traybakes for trade.
We were delighted to be approached by one of our existing British wholesalers, Bidfood, to create a range of bespoke gluten free and vegan traybakes (some are dairy free too) for their Create Summer launch in March 2018.
We’ve been working hard in the test kitchen developing our New Generation range of cakes. They taste gorgeous as well as offering vegan, dairy free and refined sugar free options. And of course everything is gluten free too.
